Body robust, sigmoid in lateral view. Carapace with 2 prominent protuberances along mid-dorsal line posterior to cervical sulcus, anterior one considerably larger than posterior. Antennal scale oval, 2.5 times as long as broad. Telson linguiform; lateral margin with 9-10 small spines; apex with 2 pairs of short spines.
