Anterior nectophore with 5 complete longitudinal ridges, the laterals bending dorsad toward their bases. Relatively shallow hydroecium, with somatocyst extending to only half the height of the nectophore. The eudoxid stage is not distinguished from that of Muggiaea atlantica.
