Aida, 1907

Trunk up to 2.0 mm long, fairly compact (Oikopleura cornutogastra). Postcardial caecum straight, pointing dorsally. Rectum extending beyond the oral wall of the stomach. Gonads adjoining the genital wall of the caecum, and surrounding the stomach when ripe. Tail musculature narrow.
