Posterior margin of carapace with small, inwardly directed lobe on each side.
Pleopods: male 2nd pleopod with 8-segmented exopod 1.5 times as long as 8-segmented endopod; endopod of male 3rd pleopod with distal segment armed with strong seta on outer margin and 2 terminal unequal setae.
Telson 3 times as long as broad; lateral margin with 9 large spines, spaces between third to terminal spines occupied with 3 to 6 small, regularly graduated spinules.
