Totton, 1954

Anterior nectophore with 5 straight longitudinal ridges, the laterals not reaching the ostium. Oblique mouth plate with hydroecium reaching slightly above ostial level. Narrow somatocyst stretching to about one third the height of the nectophore. Posterior nectophore and eudoxid stage have not been described. This species closely resembles Lensia subtiloides and further studies on the relationship of these two species are warranted.
