Upper marginal tentacular branch up to 3 times longer than lower branch. Umbrella up to 3.3 mm wide, 6 radial canals; with continuous marginal cnidocyst ring; up to 40 marginal tentacles, upper branch with 2 (rarely 3) cnidocyst clusters on aboral tentacular side, 1 on oral side, and 1 terminal cluster; medusa buds on umbrella margin of small specimens.
