Diagnosis: Thick-walled, yellowish spherical shell, with circular to oval pores, slightly wider than bars. Small mouth (about 2 times pore width), with thin teeth, with tiny perpendicular branches at about mid-length, suggesting incomplete walls of basal pores. Very slender by-spines with tiny bulb-like expansions at the base.

Diameter: 0.8 mm.
