Spicules of equal length and shape, thin, long, 4-edged, gradually tapering distally. Each with 20 myonemes. Basal ends with small leaf-cross. Spherical fine-meshed lattice shell with quadrangular pores, thin bars. Cell body spherical, opaque, dark red. Central capsule membrane thick. Spicule length: 0.58 mm; diameter of lattice shell: 0.28-0.32 mm, of leaf-cross: 0.016 mm; cell body: 0.19 mm.
