Bermudez, 1960

Non-spinose, similar to Globorotalia menardii, but with keel band on crest of last chamber and fairly open umbilicus. Also resembles Globorotalia tumida, but walls thinner and smoother, apertural side more convex and angular.

Distribution: Rare species with poorly known ecological affinities; probably similar in its distribution to Globorotalia menardii.
