Description: Body length up to 1.5 mm. Antenna 1 as long as the carapace and unusually narrow with the basal article longer than the remaining two together. Third article of antenna armed with two curved teeth. Pereionite 1 slightly shorter than pereionite 6. Ischia of pereiopods 1-3 each bear a long seta which projects at least to the distal end of the carpus. Uropods short, both rami one-articled with the endopodite almost twice the length of the exopodite.
Habitat: It occurs at depths from 90-1100 m.
Distribution: It is found along the Norwegian coast the Scottish east coast and it has also been dredged off western Ireland at 576 m.
