Characteristics: Forming massive, encrusting or subfoliaceous, plocoid colonies. Corallite walls solid. Columella parietal, spongy, usually well developed. Septal margins regularly dentate.

Range: Gulf of Guinea, Brazil, Indo-Pacific.
