Genera: Seven genera are found in the shallow waters of the Indo-West Pacific:
Genus Anthelia Anthelia (1),
Genus Cespitularia, Cespitularia (1),
Genus Efflatounaria Efflatounaria (1),
Genus Heteroxenia Heteroxenia (1),
Genus Sansibia Sansibia (1),
Genus Sympodium Sympodium (1),
Genus Xenia Xenia (1).

Description: Colonies mushroom-shaped, lobate, or encrusting, of small size and soft.
