Tokioka, 1942

Hooks: 7-9; anterior teeth: 3-5; posterior teeth: 10-15.
Maximum adult body length: 7 mm; tail: 22-25 %.
Body slender; transversal musculature absent; head narrow; hooks not serrated. Fin bridge absent. Anterior fins of medium length, fully rayed, rounded; posterior fins of medium length, fully rayed, rounded. Collarette absent; gut diverticula present. Large eyes with round pigment spot. Seminal vesicles narrow, with knob and trunk; position of seminal vesicles: touching or close to both posterior fins and tail fin. Ovaries short, reaching to anterior end of posterior fins; ova small. Adhesive papillae and adhesive organs absent. Apical glands absent.

Distribution: neritic; Tropical West Pacific.

Remarks: a species of Gasupan Bay.

Type locality: 7°N, 134°E, Palau Islands.
