Hooks: 8-9; anterior teeth: 3-5; posterior teeth: none.
Maximum adult body length: 2 mm; tail: 49 %.
Body firm and muscular; transversal musculature on trunk; head wide; hooks not serrated. Fin bridge absent; one pair of short lateral fins both on trunk and tail; lateral fins fully rayed, rounded. Collarette long; gut diverticula absent; eyes large oval, with a large pigment spot. Seminal vesicles crescent shaped; position of seminal vesicles: touching both posterior fins and tail fin. Ovaries long to neck region, large ova. Adhesive papillae present; 3 adhesive appendages present; apical glands absent.

Distribution: benthic, neritic.

Remarks: South Pacific Marshall Islands.

Type locality: Enewetak atoll, Marshall Islands.
