Hooks: 11; anterior teeth: 2; posterior teeth: none.
Maximum adult body length: 5 mm; tail: 52 %.
Body firm and muscular; transversal musculature on trunk; head wide; hooks not serrated. Fin bridge absent; one pair of short lateral fins both on trunk and tail; lateral fins fully rayed, rounded. Collarette long; gut diverticula absent; no eyes. Seminal vesicles unknown; position of seminal vesicles: touching both posterior fins and tail fin. Ovaries of medium length, near posterior end of ventral ganglion. Ovaries immature. Adhesive papillae present; 4 adhesive appendages present; apical glands absent.

Distribution: benthic neritic; tropical South Pacific.

Type locality: New South Wales, Australia
