Hairy clinging crab

Description:
Hairy carapace and appendages reddish-brown.. The walking legs and the claw arms are set with numerous spines. Claws smooth.
Size: carapace up to 10 cm. wide.

Habitat:
Inhabits rocky areas and reefs.
Depth: ranges from 5 m down to 15 m.

Distribution:
Occasional to rare all throughout the Caribbean.
