Umbrella about 4 mm high, higher than wide, mesoglea thick, especially in apical region; with horizontal umbrella margin; manubrium shorter than bell cavity; mouth surrounded by cnidocysts; gonad encircling almost all manubrium, leaving upper end of manubrium and mouth free; 1 moniliform tentacle, 3 non-tentacular marginal bulbs smaller than tentacular bulb and with slight spurs.
